When I put up my pet pages over 8 years ago, Dogster would not allow me to post in the forums for two weeks. When was this changed? Seems like we need to go back to this rule.

Why would one need to post in the forums if they don't have a pet page?

It is a good idea to stick with a brand a vet would sell you, like Advantage or Frontline. I saw an ad on TV the other day about a new brand of this type of flea preventative. I wanted to check it out but I have forgotten it's name.

In short, if the brand isn't in you vet's office to sell then don't buy different brands than those elsewhere. There is a vast different between topical flea preventative and liquid pesticide.

The same with flea shampoos. Dawn kills fleas just the same, and safely with no pesticides and much more cost effective.

Have you tried in a different internet browser?

Way back a long time ago I messed up on a code and killed my page, and I also could not get to my edit ... with Internet Explorer, but I could with Firefox and I fixed my page which also fixed not being able to load my edit.

One should always have more than one browser. All kinds of things happens to people wink

Neptune. Are you sure the dogs are pit bulls?

I'm not sure about all of Florida, but several years ago I saw on Animal Cops that it is illegal in Miami Dade County to have a pit or pit mix.

I'm only asking because you may be mistaken what the dogs actually are. Even I still make the mistake from time to time.

I do feel for you, Neptune. We had to deal with a pit bull next door no one would do anything about, too. It would snarl and lunge and try to bit through the fence at us. What we finally did was plant a row of thorned hedge, put in a barbed wire fence, and then a row of nice fence so we wouldn't get pricked or stabbed.

I wouldn't have a problem seeing a religious ad on Dogster, however I would be upset to see a political ad on Dogster.

Honestly though, if we can't discuss it on Dogster then there should not be ads about it on Dogster.

A bright stand on it own flashlight. I don't have the patience to grind down nails, so I use a heavy duty clipper (not the guillotine type) and a flashlight. The flashlight shines right through the black nail and you can see the quick very easy.

Other Barks & Woofs > blocking group invites?

I have the same problem as well. It's the same four groups every week, but it isn't always the same fur. It would at the least be nice if the inviter was given the info that the invite for said group to said fur was already sent like we get when we send a PPR that we have sent before. Not only am I in more groups than I can handle, but my group list is way way too long as it is now and it's hard to find a particular group in that long column shock
