Bella(50%boxer) however was spayed at 9 months and she never went into her first heat. I've heard boxers can go into heat anywhere from 6 months and have known some not going into their first until 24 months with most falling around 9-12months. Gus(- siberianhusk- yforum.com ) 941893     Barked: Sun Oct 25, '09 9:26am PST  I had to shave my poor boy a few weeks ago He had these open sores on the back of his neck and down his back. Vet thinks that he had a bad allergic reaction to flea meds I had put on him and it actually burned his skin and caused severe infections so we had to shave him in order to keep them clean and dry. About a week after we shaved him and air was able to get to the wounds he was all better.
