Dogster Lifestyle, News & Entertainment > Do you prefer hemp or nylon collars?

We have gotten a lot of comments on them because they are really attractive. And we are also doing earth a favor!

Dogs & Travel > Transatlantic travel with dog in cabin?
Lucas- Xenakis
 Born to be- loveable |
| Barked: Thu Mar 20, '08 12:47am PST | | | | | I live in Spain but my family is in the US. I would like to bring Lucas with me but do not want him travelling in the "belly" of the plane! Does anyone know of an airline that allows in-cabin travel transatlantic wise? I have checked with Continental and they do not allow in-cabin animals on flights over six hours. I seem to remember someone mentioning on these forums that they travelled from Germany to the US with their dog in-cabin...but can't find the post anywhere...Anyone or anypup that can help would be greatly appreciated!!

| Barked: Sun Dec 9, '07 11:25am PST | | | | | Lucas has been eating Orijen Adult for about 5 months now. We stopped rotating with the Royal Canin Mini Schnauzer just this month. I am going to start rotating with Orijen Fish at the end of this month and the question is two part:
Should I be giving him any vitamin supplements? I am going to visit the US soon and have heard a lot about the Flax Seed/Salmon Oil/Borage combo... I cannot ask any vets here - they have never even heard of giving supplements here - Humans barely take them!
When rotating - what do you recommend - rotating daily - one flavor in the morning and one at night? Or rotating monthly?
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!! | | | | |

Miniature Schnauzer - OF COURSE!!
1st - don't let "miniature" fool you - we are not fufu at at all!
2nd - we don't shed - yahoo!!!
3rd - we are very smart and get along with humans, dogs and kids alike!
(notice kids weren't included as humans - - hahaha!!)
4th - we're so darn cute, you just can't say no.
We can't believe that no one mentioned us!
Please check out minitaure schnauzer groups, pages and sites, we are sure you'll make the right choice with all that information!

Food & Nutrition > Orijen dog food?

 Born to be- loveable |
| Barked: Wed Sep 19, '07 2:41am PST | | | | | Orijen started being sold in Spain a couple of months ago and we switched Lucas right away! He really likes it. We are still feeding a little bit of his Royal Canin Miniature Schnauzer, but we think we are going to stick to this food forever! We need to reduce the quantity a little though as he is gaining a little bit of weight!
We are so glad the ingredients are wholesome! It is also rated 6 stars at dogfoodanalysis.com
Check it out!
