Is there a for sure fire way to tell if your dog is a full Lab?

Our dog Deisel did not come with paper not that we care because he is great just the way he is but, just out of curiosity we would like to know if there is a way to tell without getting the DNA testing done. We have been told he "looks" full Lab or "Good Looking Lab" is what they would say. He looks to us to be more like a American Lab. He is tall and skinnier, web paws, whip tail, have the cute floppy ears, and definitely have the "Lab quality" to him. Is there a way to tell for sure by his physical traits?

He sure does look pure bred to me. If your not sure you may have to wait until he's full grown. Huck looked like a lab when I got him. He was 10 months old at the time. I knew he was lab/rotty mix. but now the rotty traits are starting to show.

Hello wave

We rescued Sampson when he was six months old. We were told that he was purchased without papers but was sold as a pure bred Lab. Sampson and Bear could be brothers they are almost twins. They are both the best looking labs that I have seen, sooooo does it really matter?

No, unfortunately there's not. Only DNA testing to the parents if they have their papers.
He definitely looks all lab, but labradors are one of the most diverse breeds out there.
From his structure and his ears he atleast looks pure to the eye.
