What are some issues you have worked through with your rescue?

	Angel has been with us for about a month now. She's looking much better physically, but it's becoming clear to me that her emotional wounds are going to take much longer to heal. She's a very loving little girl, but she's just so scared. She fear urinates everytime we go to pet her. When she's sitting in my lap she'll just start shaking uncontrollably. I would love to hear some of the issues your rescues have had and how you worked through them.

	Nala liked to sneak food off the table or counter when we weren't watching her. She was a stray for a while so she had a lot of those behaviors. She is pretty much ok now. Doesn't really warm up to older men. My poor Dad, who is great with dogs, has been really patient with her. She also took a while to warm up to her Dad, but she's ok with him now as well. She loves him, but she's a mamma's girl. I think as your little one becomes more comfortable and learns home is a safe place, a lot of that will stop. Good luck.
