Is my English Bulldog truly an English Bulldog

I'm a new member, and also a very recent new English Bulldog owner, Lilly is 8 months old and weighs 51 pounds, she stands 15 inches tall from top of her back to the floor, is this Normal? I've noticed alot of bullies, have a thick wrinckle above the nose, Lilly has 2 smaller ones that kind of meet in the middle on top of nose, she's registered and I didn't purchase her from a pet store, but I just wondered if this is all normal for a purebread English Bulldog, @ what age will she stop growing in height, and will she broaden out more, and @ what age is she fully grown? Thanks for any info.
