I love to play outside, but today after I went cross-country skiing with my mom I had huge snow balls all over my legs and belly. I tried to pull them out with my teeth, and my mommy tried to help me, but they are pretty stuck in there. Any of you other beardies have any secrets for getting snowballs out of long hair? Or should I just let them melt out slowly while I take a nap on mommy's couch?

When that happens to Gracie, I use a hair dryer on the low setting along with towel drying her. No! - she's not allowed to go on the couch until she's dry!!!!
Good luck - hope this helps!

Hi Cooper and Graciewavewavewavewavewave

Mommy puts Archie and My paws in a bucket of warm water.

We would rather get on the couch and work on those bad snowballs.

Duncan get's terrible snow balls on his feet, legs, stomach and chest. He still has his very fine puppy coat, so that makes it even worse. I finally found that sticking him in the tub and pouring warm water over the snowballs melts them the best. That is the method that Duncan also tolerates the best - does not so much like the hair dryer.
