	I hope someone has some suggestions. My 2 1/2 year old weim has recently started chasing imaginary flies. This can continue for days he will pace & snap all day/night. He is scared & tried to hide from them & also can make himself sick. I can't find any information on this. The vet says its something we have to live with. I very worried!

	It sounds like an anxiety issue and/or he may have some OCD issues. The vet would normally prescribe an anti-anxiety medication for him which may help. The cost is usually approx. $50 a month (maybe less if its not a strong dose). Clomicalm is a popular one. More exercise would help with anxiety as well.
