Well very recently, due to my daddy's job in Hollywood, we are looking to relocate back to Western Los Angeles from Long Beach. We will rent out the Long Beach House. Anyway, during the transition we decided to stay at a hotel make our trips much shorter. Would you believe the audacity of some of these completely ignorant assinine inn keepers? One of them gave us a 300 per week rate and then found that I was coming along as a service dog and they raised the rent to 400 per week PLUS an additional 150 animal security deposit. Daddy explained the law to this "shit head" who said he did not care it was his property! Needless to say the Department of Fair Housing was immediately notified and we are now actively suing them for housing discrimination. We also found this at a few other hotels and are turning them in as well. Finally, we came across a Inn Keeper who is smart, knows the laws and welcomed me with open arms. We are currently residing there while finding a permanent home. Can you imagine the gall of some of these people. I did not fully realize how VERY MANY ignorant people there are out there AND how many of them think that they are above the law and that we would just either go away or pay the extra tariff like we just fell off the boat! Daddy believes strongly in educating rather than litigating BUT when the recipient of the education refuses to listen or is just plain an imbicile, it is time to take away their money for their ignorance and place it in funding and educating causes such as this through foundations dedicated to this. We would love to hear your thoughts and road stories regarding this issue. Thanks for listening, Pita and her guardians, Jacob and Bob dog
