You fry your ground beef for your pups and it doesn't cause problems? My vet has always told us to boil the ground beef to remove as much fat as possible thinking

I drain the fat and discard it but boiling sounds good. Next time I will try it.

Our mom steams our meat - that's a good way to do it, too!

We're guessing that you'd put the hamburger in the veggie steamer so the grease drips down into the water and away from the meat - but the meat retains it's moisture. Sounds like a good idea.

Are canned veggies ok to use? or should you buy fresh?

I use frozen veggie now and puree it in a blender after cooking it. Canned veggie may have too much salt. If you use canned, rinse it in water first.
