do you mean the one in Kansas City, MO? It always seems to be around St. Patrick's day, last year it was on March 10th. We always plan to go but because it is a 10-12 hour drive round trip and we always end up having to work, and not being able to make it over there.

The "waddle" is like a giant basset hound parade. I got Edith and Archie from MABR, and they used to let all of the adoptable dogs go. Every year I see all the pictures and wish I could have went.

yeah-the brookside parade is the 15th this year, so i am wondering . the waddle is this awesome thing they have for basset hounds( and we would let petunia the bloodhound go when she was alive). but, they get to waddle as an entry to the st patricks day parade. then they have a party with hot dogs and donated stuff that they raffle to raise money. other cities have them too. but we always have fun at the waddle.
