A good breeder knows alot about the breed (what line to breed to and what lines would not go good with their dogs)
A good breeder only breeds dog that fit their standard.
A good breeder will breed dog who have proved they meet the standard(by having a CH,V-rating,Seiger and performance titles SchH,Obed,agility)
A good breeder only breeds dog who have passed their health clearences(at the least hips,but elbows,heart and eyes are a must too).www.offa.org
A good breeder has a contract on every puppy they produce.
If the breeder you are looking into does none of these things,then they are doing the breed no good.
One can not just breed two dogs to produce puppies.The total package should always be first and formost when breeding.
