Holding it overnight!!??!!

Just looking for anyones experiences with when pups are able to hold going to the toilet overnight? Little Willow has now reached the grand old age of 4 months, and whilst on the whole is now not having 'accidents' in the house during the day (she whines at the back door when she wants to go out) the kitchen where she sleeps overnight is always a mess in the mornings.

Is there an average age when pups are able to hold it overnight? Is there anything i can be doing to help? (Willow doesnt use a crate)
