I do NOT know how, but she managed to talk her way out of the hospital. She is at home now. I sure hope she can manage the pain on her own. Hoomans are sooo stubborn sometimes. shrug But I understand wanting to be home at not at the dogtor.

We're going to write her case up and submit it as an episode of House....or we would if it were still on the air.

She's still at home with severe pain that keeps changing locations. She's oozing something black in the drain from her surgery. No one can figure out what is going on.

My Dady's theory is that she actually has an uncommon tick borne illness called babesiosis. It causes abdominal pain, muscle pain and respiratory problems. 25% of people who get it end up in the ICU. It does sound a lot like what my mom has.

But it's still a mystery.
