 |  |  |  | Sneaking through the pumpkin patch,
Looking for a great big one to snatch.
Shining my light to and fro,
I must be very careful though.
You see I'm on a midnight raid,
It's scary but I'm not afraid.
You might laugh and think it's funny,
But dogs do not have any money.
If the farmer comes I'll have to run,
And that would not be any fun.
Pumpkins in every shape and size,
I'll keep looking 'til I find my prize.
I see it now, the one I'll pick,
It's big and orange, round and thick.
I'll cart it home and get my knife,
Then carve a face and give it life.
This is really kind of hard,
My paws are getting pretty tired.
At last I am almost done,
Hard work, yes but it was fun.
I'll light it up and then you'll see,
An image that looks just like me!
