	Kili....no it's actually Princess's Mommy who is having the mini hissy fit!! Mommy is just soooooooo ticked off with this whole food fiasco that she is almost ready to stomp her feet on over to a new vet!

	Maybe Mommy does need to get a second opinion Princess. Has she thought of even asking an online vet for their opinion? Do you have specialists in Canada?

	or a vet collage near by? but yes, maybe check online. mom has taught her vet alot about epilepsy

	Kili...yes silly...we are in Canada, not the Amazon jungle! As a matter of fact, we live just a half hour away from one of Canada's few Vet. Schools...so we have vets and specialists in our city up the ying-yang!! First our vet put Princess on Medi-Cal Gastro for her pancreatitis and then when Princess urine kept showing red blood cells and crystals and high pH she blamed it on the food so she switch us to Hills Perscription i/d...which is made by Science Diet I asked if I could put her back on homemade (which was bland) and the vet said she didnt recommend it! I am not convinced its the food affecting her urine...I think she is missing something serious like a stone or tumor. But how do you challenge a vet without coming off ......female doggy!

	You are right....I think I'll call the vet tomorrow and DEMAND further testing be done....blood doesn't just appear in the urine for no reason....and Princess has already had 2 rounds of antibiotics and 2 urine cultures...both cultures came back negative for bacteria so what the heck is causing the blood and crystals and high pH (which would make her pee alkiline NOT acidic) it just does not add up to a food related problem!
