	Please cross-post widely! This dog is gorgeous and does not deserve to die! I emailed the judge. Help Save Congo! This is insane! The dog is protecting his owner who is being physically assaulted by the landscaper, and now he's going to die? And the landscaper gets a payout from the insurance company too? Because of this, he may be ordered put to sleep, this coming Tuesday. His crime? A landscaper came onto the property of the dog's owner, Guy and Elizabeth James, after being told to wait. Congo and the family's other dogs started to bark. One of the landscapers' started hitting the dogs with a metal rake. Elizabeth James started to yell at him to stop. So, the landscaper grabbed Elizabeth, from behind, and pulled her to the ground. Congo, thinking that his owner was being attacked, did what ANY good dog should do. He tried to protect his owner. The landscaper was bitten, and injured, as he should have been. Now, for being a good dog, Congo might be put to sleep. Should Congo be put to death for protecting his family? Help save Congo! 	Mom called the Governor and sent an email. She also emailed the useless Judge. The illegal immigrant took off with the $250,000 and has not been heard from since not to mention he changed his story 5 times!!!!!!!!!!!! This is why The US needs to send them all back and stop the crossing at the borders. To make a profit and run is absurd. The animal control officer had witness statements but said a stray black lab ate them. What a 3rd grade excuse. Now the Judge is upset that he is being bothered at work and home in regards to Congo. What is happening with this country! New Jersey needs to get this incompetent judge out of office. The Governor needs to step in and stop catering to politics. Congo needs to go home and live out his life. He was protecting his humans and babies! The Mother should have pressed assault charges and had this illegal deported. I think everyone has won except for Congo. He sits depressed and is refusing to eat. He is sad and confused . This heartless judge needs to go as does the incompetent animal control officer. 	Did the proper authorities check whether these 'immigrant' landscapers are here legally? Maybe they should focus on that instead of killing a perfect dog like Congo. If he were vicious, do you even think the owners would have him around their children? This is just insane! I hate reading about these situations! 	HOW THE HEDOUBLEHOCKEYSTICKS DID THAT HAPPEN. I don't understand the police and army have been using these dogs for years and know that a shepherd will see that as a threat and take appropriet action. Heck I would have seen that as a threat. And for a judge to be nieve enough not to know that shows a very poor judgement.

	I strongly suggest the Judge re asses this whole case. THE WORKERS WERE TOLD TO WAIT. THEY WERE LUCKY NOT TO HAVE BEEN SHOT. If the USA it truley democratic........and the legal system is fair, Then this case should be thrown out. Also the people who were there, the workers should be prosecuted for 1. tresspass. 2. Assault of a person. 3. Attempted murder of a dog. 4. Lying 5 .wasting taxpayers money.
