Hi everyone!

I recently bought the Dremel Drill Pet nail Kit to use on my dogs nails so I dont have to pay to get them done. My groomer uses them so my dogs are used to the noise. Faith has all black nails while Suka has white nails. Does anyone have any tips or advice about using the dremel drill? Especially with black nails? When Ive done it, the nails are square, but I thought they are supposed to be rounded. But it would be great for some advice

I have since modified by grinding at about a 45* angle on each side of the nail instead to reduce pressure on the quick. Then I round off the tip lightly. That way I get closer to the quick and remove more nail. Max has very robust rear dew claws and I learned that works best to remove excessive growth there and it is more comfortable for him on the other nails as well.
