Sugar Free Halls Cough Drops...

Most sugar substitutes are VERY toxic (fatal) to dogs. Get to a vet ASAP.

I agree with Trout and JaVa. At the very least call the vet and get their opinion. But I personally would be bringing him in! I know Xytol (sp?) is definately toxic to dogs.

I'm going to agree with the rest! Hope everything's OK for you. I'm sure it will be, but better safe than sorry! Those artificial sweeteners are sketchy.

You need to check and see if they contain xylitol. This is toxic to dogs, and if the Halls do contain this you need to see a vet ASAP!

here ya go ...active ingredient Menthol.............
Inactive ingredient citric , eucalyptus oil , isomalt , maltitol
excessive consumption may have a laxative effect

the sugar alcohols in isomalt , maltitol do not promote tooth decay

thats all its says on the bag of sugar free menthol....

Your baby wont die , but its going to have Shuttle Butt ....

Well, get a vets' opinion, but I agree with Thor... the splarts for sure smile

I get into everything! My favorite is when the humans leave McDonalds on the table (fish filets, big macs, fries) and I get it ALL when they turn their backs! YUM!
