That sounds pretty exotic and also pricey. My vet said that quality kibble was fine with maybe a fish oil supplement. Its not necessary for domesticated dogs to eat raw food. They are not wolves. They have been domesticated for 10's of thousands of years and pretty much have developed digestive systems similar to ours. Humans rarely eat raw meat. Also remember any bacteria or disease or parasite your dog picks up from raw food is easily transferred to its human companions. Kibble is specially formulated to be free of all bacteria. If your baby gets into kibble it tastes bad, but a trip into raw food territory and your little human could end up "sick as a dog".
