So Bella will be 4 months old Nov 17; about a week or so ago I noticed the colors of the hairs around her face are changing a bit, most noticeably around her eyes. *

Is this normal? Is her face going to evolve into different set of colors? Or is it something I should be concerned about?

*Pic of her eye.

Hm, I never noticed Chase's colors changing.. expect on his nose. What is the color? In the picture is hard to tell.. and it actually looks like she has lost hair?

She's a cutie! I think it is natural for some aussies' colors to darken over the years. Check out this site:

I think they touch on the color changing possibilities.

To me it looks like she growing new hair in the area? maybe? I do not notice any hair loss. Colors are the same tri color black/white/tan.

Here is another link to a raw-image from the camera., the eye on the other side.

If the hair is getting darker or she is growing new hair I believe that is common. Chase's red got deeper when he lost his puppy coat.

I thought you meant like the black was turning red or something laugh out loud

ETA: She is a very pretty black tri!

Color changing is definitely normal as they grow. If it's around the nose, sometimes the hair gets thing because the snout gros so fast.

As they get older the colors will get more pronounced and intense. Deeper blacks and browns etc.

Beautiful pup!
