remembering 9/11

Dear Diary! Today is very sad ,but I have to remember the bravery of the men, women & service dogs that gave their lives for us on September 11th! I am praying for their families today! I also pray for peace in our world, so this never happens again! I am just a doggie but I have a heart of gold and love life!!!!, Wuf, Cleopatra!!!!!

A Dog's Prayer! This is special prayer is for all my pals- and their human parents to to read

Treat me kindly, my beloved master, for no heart in all the world is more grateful for the kindness than the loving heart of me.
Do not break my spirit with a stick, for though I should lick your hand between the blows., your patience and understanding will more quickly teach me things you would have me do.
Speak to me often, for your voice is the world's sweetest music, as you must know by the fierce wagging of my tail when your footsteps fall upon my waiting ear.
When it is cold and wet, please take me inside....for I am now a domesticated animal, no longer used to bitter elements....I ask no greater glory than the privilage of sitting at your feet beside the hearth.... though you had no home,I would rather follow you through ice and snow than rest upon the softest pillow in the warmest home in all the land... for you are my god....and I am your devoted worshiper.
Keep my pan filled with water, for although I should not reproach you if it were dry, I cannot tell you when I suffer thirst! Feed me clean food , that I may stay well, to romp and play and do your bidding, to walk by your side, and stand ready, willing and able to protect you with my life, should your life be in danger.
And, beloved master, should the Great Master see fit to deprive me of my health or sight, do not turn me away from you. Rather hold me gently in your arms as skilled hands grant methe merciful boon of eternal rest...and I leave you knowing with my last breath I drew, my fate was ever safest in your hands.by- Beth Norman Harris

it's summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow!!!!! today was the first day my mommy had to keep me inside because of the heat:( at least we could go on "dogster" and look for all our pals!!! i feel so important on dogster and i still think it's the best invention since "chew toys" i have so many new friends that just love their pets! whoever thought this thing up must love dogs & cats!!! yippie!!!!!

hi to all my pup pals!!!!you all have been very good pals in my sad times!! your prayers worked!i am a happy doggie today! yippie!! my "human grandmom" is up and walking around now!! i even went outside with her!!she was very sick and i kept her company the whole time! i slept on her bed and gave her many, many kisses !!!! i'm sure the love of a dog is the best medicine ever!!!!! what would humans do without us because we bring them so much joy! heehee! i am so glad that my mommy adopted me cause i have a wonderful forever home! i think every pet should have one! now i can celebrate with my whole family , but i hate fireworks and i might end up in the"bathtub" again! ,

dear dogster diary!!!
i am a happy doggie today! my best friend "molly" moved back and i just luv romping with her in our back yard!!! my mommom is feeling better and i have some new pup pals on dogster! there are more "skipperke/lab mixes out there! i have some long lost dog pals that look just like me!THANK YOU DOGSTER!!!! YIPPIE!!!!!!!!,PS my friend "sunny" is doing better too! we pray for him lot's!

dear diary! i am so happy today cause my human grandmom is doing better!!! yippie!!!!!! i have been by her side since she got sick and i do not intend to ever leave her! she says that i'm her best friend and have been taking good care of her! i think i was adopted into this family so that i could be a forever friend to my human parents!!!!!! we pups have a special job to do for for our families! i just hope that more pets like me can find forever homes!!!! remember to adopt a pup like me and the rewards will be endless!!!!! wuf, cleo

dear diary !!!! i am honored that i was picked "dog of the day" yesterday!!!! i got so many congratuations and my whole family is proud of me! "dogster" is the best invention since chew toys & bones!!!!! it is a place where doggies can feel important & make furiends!!!!!whoever thought dogster up is a genius!!! yippie! thanx to all my pals who congtatulated me! woof, woof, cleo!!!!!!!

dear diary! i am such a happy doggie now! when i joined dogster i remember being new & asking for furry friends! my wish was answered and now i have so many pals!!!! i also have a new little pup pal who is a skipperke/lab mix & looks just like me! cilla is only a puppy and i feel like a proud big sister! dogster brought us together & i feel special! woof, woof, cleo p.s. my mommom is much better! now i can curl up on her bed and watch over her! yippie!!!!!!!!!

hi pup &kitty pals! yippie it is getting warm so mommy can take me for VERY LONG WAlKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am so happy that i have a good home! i went to the vet for my check -up and they said that they wished to live a dog's life, especially mine! my mommy luvs me so much!!!! i am so happy that i have lots of luv!!!! my wish is for all the pets out there to have loving "forever homes",just like me !!!! we are also helping out our main line humane society to help animals who are abandoned to find a forever home and to be healthy!!!!! that"s why i wuv dogster! they are for the love of dogs & it is almost free to belong!!!! we luv having all our pup pals!!! woof, woof, cleo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
