Warm Weather

We have had such warm weather the last couple of days! Mom says she can't wait for spring! I guess I'm over the snow too...its cold on my paws. Plus thats when we go to the dog park, bask in the sunshine, go on long walks, go swimming, and get to sniff around the yard as long as we want, once the weather is nice. What kind of things do you do to keep your two legger occupied on nice days? Any ideas? Mom seems to be getting bored or in a rut as she calls it. Not quite sure where the humans come up with these sayings because she sure is not stuck in a hole...I always cover them back up so she can't find my treasured bones and toy remains. Shhhhh....don't tell her my secret hiding spot....she's been blaming moles for tearing up the yard!

What's Your Favorite Toy?

Mom got us a new toy today!!! YEAH!!! Have you tried the everlasting treat balls? We each got one and we love ours like crazy! They are very yummy! Mom said they weren't too expensive and as long as we don't destroy them the refills aren't badly priced at all....whatever that means? Two Legger talk goes right over my snout sometimes! :) This new treat ball is fine but, my favorite toy still has to be the fake rock toy my Mom got me a long time ago. Let's just say I have a thing for rocks!

B*** Day in the Household!

It was bath day today in the house. I knew something had to be up when Mom started getting out the treats so early in the day and started saying 'The B' word' For some reason she thinks that if she says 'the B word,' 'B-A-T-H,' or any other form of the word bath that we won't realize what she's up to. She is very wrong. We all gave her a run for her money. We attempted to get out of the bath. Only the lil' brother Twizz was successful. Unfortunately we all smell like vanilla. That won't last very long. As soon as she lets us outside I have every intention of rolling in the dirt to get this icky smell off of me!

How do you try to get out of baths? Are you successful? Does you two leggers try to bribe you with extra cookies?

What are your plans for 2011? Mom says her plan is for us to lose a couple pounds....that sounds like no fun to me but, on the bright side I guess I get to see more of that cute poodle that lives down the street because apparently she plans on doing some more walking! BOL!

Greenies

Thanksgiving

Mom says its Thanksgiving this week! We are all excited because Mom always gets us new things and extra special treats for holidays! We also get to eat canned food for dinner! This is a special treat because we only get a little with our dry food normally! Our favorite is the Ultra! They have some really yummy canned food, Mom follows up by giving us a Greenie before bed so we have nice clean teeth after our big meal! :)

Dog Park Fun

We had Barkaroo at the local Dog Park this past week and it was so much fun! We had a blast walking our Mom around. We got some cookies and some new toys! It was a blast!
