Sorry I've been gone for like forever but I knew I would return back someday. I really need your compassion. My sister Mollie died today. She suffered a stroke from seizure. I miss her so much already. I knew this day was coming soon. She was diganosed with diabieties and lost sight in both eyes. She was rapidly losing wieght these past few weeks. My mom went out of town for Thanksgiving holiday to visit family and friends and left me and Mollie at the Vet Hospital for a week like she did once before. The Vetinarian called her friday night, while on a train for home and said she had a stroke. Mom's new husband went to the vet this morning upon arrival home cause mom was too upset to go and vet said Mollie is in a comma and lost brain and liver functions. Mom already knew it was time to end her suffing and authorized to end her suffering. She died in dad's arms on a warm green blanket and I said goodbye to her. Mom preparing a shrine for Mollie to keep her in our home, safe and surrounded by love, forever and always. My dear sister. I love you so much. May you rest in peace in Doggy Heaven over the Rainbow Bridge. In this I pray for you...

The Rainbow Bridge
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. Their bright eyes are intent; their eager body quivers. Suddenly they begin to run from the group, flying over the green grass, their legs carrying them faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....
