There nothing much going on here except that momma has been packing stuff up and get this, she’s using Coco’s and my stuffies to help cushion the boxes that have here carnival glass in them so they don’t break during the moving process. This is a very good example as to why one can never have too many stuffies – BOL, BOL.
Arleenton has been allowed to hop in the house and I am very happy to make sure she uses that time to hop as fast as she can during our games of tag. She doesn’t appear to be afraid of us and momma keeps telling us if we stop chasing Arleenton she will come up to us but Coco and I are having too much fun playing with her to stop. Momma didn’t get a photo of me in Arleenton’s cage because the camera was in a different room and she didn’t want to allow me to stay in the bunny cage because she didn’t actually know if I would try to hurt Arleenton so she told me to get out of it, and I did. I haven’t bothered to go back inside again even though momma now has the camera close by just in case. Arleenton hasn’t ventured too far from her cage she is mostly hopping under the dining room table and ventures a little into the living room.
Things in New Mexico are moving right along. The cement pads for both the house and garage/workshop have been poured. It took 2 days and 11 cement trucks to bring all the cement. On Monday the builders are supposed to start putting up the garage/workshop and they say it will only take three day. The house is supposed to take 6 days. Daddy might come home next weekend but isn’t sure because momma really wants someone there to make sure the builders use the materials they are supposed to in the build of the house as it gets really cold where we are in New Mexico so the humans are having really thick insulation put in the house and momma is concerned if daddy isn’t there the builders might use a less desirable product.
Daddy said he saw a herd of elk by our New Mexico property and that the male deer are now sprouting antlers. After mating season is over Coco and I will look around for some antlers for Zoe. Momma would like to find a nice rack of antlers to mount on the wall but says she will send our pals any broken pieces we find.
Daddy drove out to Albuquerque today to pick up one of the permits needed for next week’s build. He said it takes a little over two hours to get there and that they have lots of places to do shopping at.
One of the things momma has been concerned about is how she is going to move the fish tank and all of her fish. She bought a battery operated air pump so the fish can make the ten hour journey from California to New Mexico. While daddy was out today he stopped in Grant and did shopping at Wal-Mart and they had tropical fish so she can get some there if hers don’t survive.
Well, that’s it for me because I need to go check to see if my bunny wants to play some more.
Puff, good for you for practicing up on how to chase CHICKIES when you get to NM!
Puff.. we really can't pawlieve you will be moving to New Mexico .. how will we ever meet ???? BOL !!! I can't travel that far !LOL !
Puff, I would LOVE to see a picture of you in your bunny's cage...just saying...
Since it is cold in New Mexico, are there any places around you available for sale? Mommy saw some stupid Internet article about a couple who retired in Bali, and she is getting some stupid ideas. Angel Zoom Smokey and myself do not want to move to Indonesia where it is 85 degrees F all the time! We like it COLD!LOL
The above comment was barked my me, Demon Flash Bandit, not my human. Humans....always trying to take credit for a dog's wisdom!
Sounds like you have been a furry busy pup lately!!! I'd like to chase a bunny around!! But mom thinks I would eat him. BOL!
Wish I could play with a bunny!
