11/18/11 This is an injustice!!!!

I hope this isn’t an indication on what to expect my whole day will be like. It’s almost 5AM here in Southern California and momma and I are up checking the emails when she told me that I am one of Dogsters Diary picks of the day. Just as I was getting ready to dance around in glee, she totally burst my bubble when she informed me that my kitty brother Simba Blue is also a Diary pick of the day over on Catster.

This is not good!

Is it not bad enough that ole smacky paws himself has made it his life’s mission to torment me? He rarely picks on Bay-Ling my kitty sister or even Coco Rose. Instead for some unknown reason I have become his target.

When I’m up on the big bed with momma and Coco, Simba will jump up on the bed and plop right next to me. He has even been known to curl up so that some part of his body is actually touching me. If he isn’t touching me he is instead only inches away from me starring at me with his piercing blue eyes. I tell you when he does that he has the look of EVIL on his face. He is taunting me, just begging me to react so that I look like the bad guy in front of momma but I’m too smart to fall for that.

Instead, I keep on trying to find a new home for Simba but each time I have a SUCKA, oops I mean a potential taker for him, momma finds out and intervenes but I am now working on two promising options:

The first will require shipping Simba to my good pal Mazy because she has a big barn with lots of barn cats so what’s one more mouth to feed? I’m sure if I bribe the FedEx driver I can arrange for him to deliver Simba and turn him loose before anyone at the farm even notices. Simba would have a nice cold home on the prairies and I’m sure he would be really happy there - HeHeHeHe

The second option is a bit more risky as it involves sending Simba to the North Pole to become the head mouser. I certainly don’t want to risk being put on Santa’s NAUGHTY list but sometimes one has to make decisions that might not be favorable to all. Yes, it’s possible that I might be blackballed forever and never again get a gift from the ole fat man, but I think that risk is balanced out just by being rid of Simba. I know that momma will continue to buy me stuffies so do I really need Santa? Quite frankly I think the NAUGHTY and NICE list is nothing but a hoax so what do I have to loose anyways? I will finally be rid of Simba Blue and gain the animal Alpha Male status in the house. There would be no more smacky paws going after my pretty face. Simba would have gainful employment and it might help rid him of his aggression issues, we can only hope.

Anyhow, Dogster, please don’t make me share the spotlight with Simba again. I share my home, bed, treats and momma with him isn’t that enough?

Puffy, trust me, you really don't want to send a city cat like Simba to live in a barn. It would not be good for Simba, and you wouldn't want Simba to retaliate on you would you? I think it is pawsome to furs in one family are diary picks on the same day. Shows what talented furs live in your house. I am sure that both of you will get an extra treat today!

There is an old saying, "there is more than one way to skin a cat". Perhaps in the spirit of science, you need to find out which one is best. I'm sure Simba would not mind "dedicating" his life to scientific research! LOL

Puff- Please send Simba to the North Pole! Head mouser doesn't sound all that bad?????? I know how you feel,pal! I have decided Precious is a part of my life just to torment me!

I also share my house,treats,Gma and Gpa, my venison and my BIG Queen Size Bed! The old witch won't even play with me.... Except to get me all excited and then blow me off!

Outside, I'm over run with barn kitties from pint size to full size..... They irritate me! Trying to take over my Yard! I was here 1st!!!!!!

How many Cookies, do I need to ship you to either keep Simba or express him to the North Pole??????? I can't imagine what my Life would be like with Precious and Simba working together??????? EEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If Mommy and Daddy would let me, I would take Simba off of your hands. I love kitties and all kitties hate me...after living with me for a couple of months he can go back to you and be thankful that you are tiny. Being so big the kitties here are scared of me but, now they love all the smaller dogs.

I thought the comment made by Inkspot was addressed to me and not you - maybe it's for both of us but anyways who cares what the cat says - BOL, BOL Mazy and Missy - momma says I have to stop trying to send Simba away because she really loves him - can you believe that?

Puff, we feel your pain. Garage kitteh Lucy has decided she wants to be house kitteh Lucy. We're constantly being told to ignore the kitteh. How do you do that we wonder.
