It really wasn't my fault. Momma went into the garage to gripe to daddy about something and she didn't take me with her. I waited and then I decided to piddle on the carpet. Momma knows she can't adbandon me like that and that she should have taken me with her, so it really wasn't my fault.
On another note, the humans are thinking of ripping out all of the nasty carpet and putting in Pergo laminate wood floors. Does any pup pal have these and if so, how do they stand up against dog pee. The flooring center told the humans that they should not get real wood because they can not take as much abuse but that the Pergo floors were wonderful for those that have pets.
If your Mommy puts out a wee-wee pad for you will you's use it? Or is you piddling in protest?!
Hi Ceeley, I piddled because I was angry. I have a need to be with my momma at all times. When she was working Coco and I would stay in the sewing room all day and I got used to that. There were a few accidents here and there but mostly it was because daddy forgot to let us out to do our business at lunch time or I was sick.
When momma is home I have to be able to see her at all times and she knows if she goes into the garage she better take me with her or else there will be a wet spot someplace in the house.
Our house is really small and not laid out very well so there just isn't any place that we can put a doggy potty. Plus me being a male I tend to over shoot the wee-wee pads anyways - HeHeHe.
PUFF.. WE FINKS ITS A GOOD IDEA TO PUT IN THE PERGO FLOORS.. MY HUMAN BROTHERS HAVE IT .. AND YES THEIR DOGGIES PIDDLE EVERYDAY AND IT CLEANS UP LIKE MAGIC AND NO SMELLS OR ODORS !! MUCH BETTER THAN CARPET !
Dogsologist Ebby here: Sounds to me like you's suffers from something called 'seberation essiety'!
We had Pergo floors in Richmond, VA and in Wyoming (18 years total) They survived all sorts of accidents from pups learning to be housebroken and from elderly or sick dogs. We give it two paws up!
