First thing this morning momma got Coco and I up and took us both to the groomers. We were there from seven in the morning until almost 10:00AM. I must say I looked super cute with my new hair cut and I was super white. When we got home Coco insisted that she had to go to the potty so we went to the back yard and did our business but when I came back inside I was no longer pretty and white. Yup, I had found a mud puddle and walked through it - BOL. I came back inside and showed momma my new mud booths and she was not happy but I'm sure she will get over it.
While we were gone momma was busy as she had put new mattresses in our crates and had thrown out some of our toys - what's the matter with her? Throw out our toys! Of course momma said that was because we have too many toys and in all fairness to momma she did buy us four new loffa dog toys which are my favorites so I guess I will forgive her.
We didn't get to go on a stroller ride today because momma also was busy rearranging the sewing room. This room is super small and has a lot of furniture in it; daybed, sewing maching and table; tv chest; end table and the two dog crates. With summer fast approaching momma wanted to move my crate away from the window because it blocked access to opening the window. My crate is now right next to Coco's so I'm sure I will be happy; not too sure if she is going to enjoy this though because I tend to be somewhat gassy - BOL, BOL.
Daddy was busy changing out the headlights on momma's PT Cruiser. The car is five years old and the headlights had oxidated terribly so momma found replacement headlights on Ebay. Poor daddy had to dismattle some of the front end just to do this and he is now tired and sore. If anyone knows how to prevent the plastic headlights from oxidating please paw mail momma and tell her what she can do to preserve the new headlights so this does not happen again.
Very busy day for you and your family! Momma and Daddy must be exhausted and you must be exhausted from watching them work BOL!
How cute your crate is next to Coco's. She may think it's like a gas chamber BOL. My hooman's car is 10 years old and she has also experienced oxidized headlights. BFF takes her vehicle to professional car washers; when they wax the vehicle they will also buff and clean the headlights. This site maybe helpful: headlights.
Thank you Halo for the wonderful link regarding headlights. Momma is going to try to maintain this set of headlights so they don't end up oxidated like the last ones did.
I don't know why the humans insist on giving us baths when I have yet to meet a dog who didn't prefer being dirty. Congrats on finding that mud puddle!
