My Sweetheart Sadie and I Won The Dance Contest at CAK Last- night!

OMD!!!! My sweetheart and i won the Best Couple Dance award last night at CAK. I was so excited and so was Sadie when we heard our names annouced. Mom had to get some things done around the house before the pawty. I was not sure at first if i was going to make it to the pawty in time, but i did and boy was i sure glad i came. I was not expecting us to win the dance contest last night. We burned up the dance floor, that's for sure and Sadie and i had a blast. All the furs were watching as we danced across the floor. My brother said he was proud of me for receiving this great award. GUESS WHAT!!!! we even got our very own fancy certificate just in time for Mardi Gras hehehe. My certificate is displayed for everyfur to see on my page. Thank you so much to the Admins. and everyfur at CAK for choosing us as Best Dance Couple at the Mardi Gras Pawty. You are pawsome.

Touchdown!!!!

Whoohoo!!!! I just caught a ball and scored a touchdown. I have been football tagged by my beautiful valentine Sadie. I Have a Valentine!

It has been a while since i have wrote in my diary entry. A lot has happened since then. I have a beautiful valentine named Sadie. She is so sweet and i make her laugh which is a good thing because i try to be funny. I am so happy to have her as my valentine. Mom said she is so happy for me and that we make a good couple and i could not agree more.

As all of you know i am at the rainbow bridge now but i'm still here in spirit. My pawrents love me and miss me so much and they think of me everyday. My mom was so touched by all the rossettes and messages that i got from my buddys. It made my mom feel better. Thank you so much to all my furiends for the rossettes and messages. I am glad to have a new brother as well. He is a pawsome little brother. I watch over him and make sure he does not get into trouble. I am also furiend of the month at CAK. I am so honored to have this reward and so excited. Thank you so much CAK admins. You are pawsome.

I was The Kit Kat Club's Dog Of The Day On November 28, 2008

Wow! I was so surprised and honored that i was chosen as Dog Of The Day cause i just like to participate in the games there and go to the dances to see all my wonderful furiends just for fun. I wasn't expecting to get rewarded but i'm glad that i was and i'm thankful for wonderful furiends like the ones at the KKC. My mom and I just woke up and when she had seen the pmails she said "Oscar, come here and look, you are Dog Of The Day". My mom had to answer all the pmails cause there was so many congrats and i got rosettes from my sweetie and from my furiends. I also played some fetch outside in the backyard but it was really cold so we could not play very long but overall i had a wonderful day and sure enjoyed it. Thank you so much to the KKC administrators you guys are pawsome.

I was The Pawty Palace's Honorable Member Of The Week on- September 22, 2008

It has been a good week for me and i have received alot of treats such as milkbones and alot of attention for this reward. I also got to spend alot of time with my family this week we played fetch in the backyard and i got to go for a walk which is one of the things i love to do. I am so honored to be chosen as honorable member of the week and what a surprise this was. I just wokeup Monday morning and looked on the computer and seen my rosette and wasn't expecting this cause i just like to participate in the contests, and games in the group forums. I am so pround of myself and my mom is too on what i have accomplished. Thank you so much to the Pawty Palace Administrators you guys are pawsome.

I was Dogster's Diary Of The Day on August 30, 2008

I am so pround of myself and my mom is proud of me too and what a honor this was and i received alot of treats and alot of attention for this reward. I wasn't planning on being chosen as Dogster's Diary Of The Day and so surprised when i got chosen cause i normally just write in my diary just for fun and also i wanted to have a diary to tell all my home doggies my adventures i go on. I have so many adventures some interesting and some funny but they must be good adventures cause i get a lot of compliments for them. But overall i enjoyed it and had a good day so Aerooo for me.

Guess what else happened this week i also won The Pawty Place's How Many Is That Game where you guess how many items are in the picture and it's a really fun game and i enjoy playing it. There were two pictures that is guessed closest to the number of items that were in the picture one was a picture with 211 hot air balloons in the picture and i guessed 201 and got a rosette on my page which is very pretty. I won the one this past thursday the one that had 400 candies and i guessed 360 candies which i wasn't sure if i was right or not but i ended up being right and got another rosette on my page but i have had a good week and i hope all my pals and everyfur are having a good week as well and prayers to the folks who are battleing the destrution from hurricane Gustav.

"Bath Time"

I have been doing alot of stuff lately. On Sunday i got a bath and had my ears cleaned the whole nine yards. As you know i'm not to fond of water so i had this funny look on my face while my mom was cleaning my ears. I would make this funny noise cause i don't like my ears to be cleaned but i was wanting my ears cleaned even though i don't like it cause my mom said that it will keep my ears from being infected and so i can hear better. My mom said it needed to be done so i thought i could stand it for awhile. It wasn't as bad as i thought it would be and it didn't hurt or enything cause my mom was gently with my ears. She's had training on how to clean basset's ears before and alot of practice with it so overall i felt better and my mom said i looked cleaner than i was before.

After i had my bath i went for a walk around the neighborhood and saw some neighborhood humans and their dogs and there was this one dog that was on a leash attached to a tree and since he couldn't come over to me he just kept barking constantly the whole entire time we were in front of their house until we walked further down the street then he stoped. My mom was proud of me for staying calm and not barking or trying to go over there house or pulling on the leash like that dog did i was beginning to wonder will that dog ever stop yapping it was hurting my ears it was very loud and anoying. Well everything was fine until we came back to the house and that's when things got a little crazy. My mom and i were in the driveway and i decided to roll in the grass well it just so happens my collar was so wet from the bath i had that it came off by itself and was attached to my leash. My mom grabbed me so i wouldn't run away and was hollaring for my dad which was in the garage and finally heard my mom and came out and helped put my collar back on so that was a close one. My mom was pround of me for not running away. My mom said the other reason was my collar was kind of getting old and dirty. I'm supposed get a new collar maybe sometime this week so other than that things have been good.

"Haven Fun on Dogster"

Hey guys it's been a couple of days since i wrote in my diary that's because i have been busy busy busy yet again i made two more friends that also love my page and joined some more groups that are really awesome. I'm supposed to go for a walk pretty soon maybe this evening i don't know yet. My mom has been busy with errands and things alot lately so it's hard to get time to play or go for a walk with everything going on so that's all for now peace out home dogs.
