Hollidays

They came and went. The Holidays are over. But I received the nicest gift from Dixie and Burt. A nice 2009 puppy to play and sleep with and also many more cards than Mom and Dad. Imagine, me, a Golden Ret, versus my hoomans...lolI love Mom and Dad and all my friends here.

Snow

First snow of the year on Tuesday morning but, it did not last that long. My grooming came out nice and Mom was pleased. Now, how do I go run in the muddy dog park and stay clean...mystery. I should have been black but, I'm a Golden lol

Grooming

What a day. It's alays long to be made into a pretty young lady but, Mom and Dad insist that I look so good that I have to do this on occasion.I smell better, no more matted areas, and no more sand or mud in my fur (from the dog park).

What a surprise

A bit more and I was out of Dogster Plus...My sub ran out on me and Dad quickly fixed up the problem by lending me his Visa card. I'm such a lucky girl and I'll be around for another year.

Birthday gift

Not funny at all. Daddy came back home with something that looks like a gift for me but, I can't find it. I think Mom has hidden the fluffy somewhere...Ah well, tomorrow is not that far...4 years old. I can't beleive this.

Jenna's 4th Birthday

October 4th, Sunday, I will officially turn 4 years old...I do not know if Mom will be baking something great just for me???All I know, is that I am happy with my pawrents since they rescued me. I love Mom and Dad.

4th Anniversary

Well, I am getting a little older again. In a short while, I shall be turning 4. Mom and Dad remember when I arrived home at 7 months (rescue). Time flies and yes, we did have fun and still do.We will update for celebration.

Erick and Simcha's Wedding

Sunday, August 16th. Dad's son and his bride Simcha were married. Even on this super hot and humid day, thanks for the AC, everything went well. Cocktails were held on the front terrace of the temple, with sushi and all kinds of exotic finger foods. The actual ceremony was at 6h30 and was kept short. Reception within the grounds of the Temple, scumptuous, well orchestrated. Flowers everywhere and, signature food for all. This was the most obvious part, lots of research went in putting this super wedding together. Attention given to all little details, presentation, taste... extraordinary!!! The young couple put together one masterpiece of a wedding. Unfortunately for me, dogs were not invited.... woof.... all my paw wishes go out to the beautiful bride and handsome groom.

Qittin times

By now, Dad is almost at the end of his 3rd week without smoking. Started a new diet (way of eating) more than a strict diet and is enjoying it cos, different than the usual, lighter, feels better. Thanks mainly to the Buh-ens
group and Auntie Pam, Dad found big time support and advice. A real big joyful and sometimes tearful family. United, we shall conquer.
