Mommy taught me a new trick today! It was really.. unique in the way she put it together, I think, and in the most hilarious way. She sat down a box, made it where I couldn't walk over by covering the sides with pillows, though I could simply move around it if I pleased, and had me sit down -- she called me from the other side with a treat, and when I flew over the box, she'd say "Over!" in a real excited tone; it excited me, too! She jumped over it with me sometimes, allowing me to follow, giving me an example -- at first she just had me jump over her legs, like where her ankles are; it was super fun, too.
I enjoyed every bit of it, and we played a lot. She's also trying to teach me how to bring back the toy after she throws it, and she praises me when I do, though sometimes she just confuses me; don't tell Mommy I said so, but she can be extremely odd sometimes! Still not much to say, but I had to report this awesome new trick!

Not much to report, again. Mommy just keeps thinking she has to update this every day -- can I get a eyeroll? Anyways, her grandmother visited me today; they like to chat about my ears, haha. I'm pretty sure they mentioned the word 'dorky' during that conversation, but honestly, I don't think they could be talkin' about me!
Her grandmother's alright. I think Mommy wanted me to put on a show, I think she was just boasting. Of course, I can't be sure! Gosh, I love chasing that tennis ball -- I think mommy thinks I am getting more affection, because the family was complaining that I wouldn't sit in your lap or anything; I'll show them. Joking, just joking.
Anyways, not much to say.

Intruging titles, no? Well, of course they aren't simple. Me and mommy do nothing in a simple manner; everything has to be unique somehow, agreed? I did what most dog's do today, nothing truly unusual. Excuse my spelling, mommy's tired. Anyhow, Galena was easy and fun to chase, and I had mercy to spare her mere feline life. Well, not exactly, especially considering I didn't even get near her, simply barked from a distance. Takes a courageous dog to admit this, you see. Many tasks came out, such as "Fetch", "Lie down", "Sit", "Come", and "Stay"; mommy also attempted to play "Hide-'n'-seek" with me today, but she simply hid behind a bed, calling "Cricket!" And holding a treat in her hand, out of my sight; I found her with much ease. All of the tricks are starting to bore me slightly, my intelligence preventing me from slowed learning, though by their tones I know they're constantly chatting about me.
Who knows what they're saying? I heard something about... Bob, today, somethin' about the large dog which mother also seems to dote over; heh. Something with the words, "Trap" and about cows, I believe the topic was that Bob and Colt -- not our dog, Colt isn't -- goin' down to some other property with their cows and hurting/bothering them or something. Mommy was fuming, I think, though I think the problem's resolved. But, why should I care in the first place? I played tons with mommy this morning, well basically all day, and she threw the tennis ball; I chased and chased, but she looked confused, frustrated. She kept repeating the word "Drop, Cricket", "Drop!" and when I let the tennis ball from my mouth, she seemed pleased, praising me.
Crazy woman.
She's odd like that, you see. They disappeared for a while [She and her sister] and came back drenched. Swimming? Probably, I would think. Though, I am merely a dog, so why take my word for it?
So, not much. Heh! You may be bored, but it was a, evidently, glorious day for me.
Not much to report, but mommy says hi.
[We didn't say the whole Bob conversation in front of little Cricket, but why think she couldn't have overheard? xD]
