Arrival Story:
We been thinking of getting a dog for a long time, was originally thinking of pugs because they're so darn cute and small enough, but husband's a bit allergic to lanolin. One day someone mentioned to us that there's a 2 year old Soft Coated Wheaten dog that the owner's going to give away because her 2 other dogs (beagles) don't get along well with the SCW. We don't even know what kind of a breed a SCW is, but it was mentioned that they don't shed and are good for people with allergies. So we went and checked her out from the owner's office, next thing we know we got a scared and nervous dog in our car heading home with us. We're supposed to give it a try for a week and see if we would get along well. First thing she did was lay down on my bed and gave me that soulful look that begun the love affair. Think we all know from that moment on that she's not going anywhere, she decided to keep us for good.

Kenna is such a wonderful companion. When she first came to us she used to walk around the house stealth, walks from one point to the other in crawl like position. Now she got her confidence back and acts like she owns the place and us. At first we thought she's mute because we never heard her bark, to our surprise and delight - we finally heard her bark on her sleep while dreaming about something. Until now we only do hear her bark while she's asleep. So she's very very quiet dog. She loves to stay under my work desk and move all the computers beneath it so she can have a better space while she spend a lot of time licking my feet to her heart's delight. She doesn't grab food even if it's in front of her but she does believe that if she stare hard enough on it, it will eventually move to her mouth. She got this silly tricks that she thinks if she can't see us then we can't see her. So if she tries to play hide and seek she goes under the table and put her head up high so we can't see her eyes and she thinks she's invisible then. What a silly, sweetest, loyal dog ever.
