People who misunderstand my excitement at seeing them for aggressiveness I am a very sweet dog and wouldn't hurt a flea...(well maybe a flea...that was a bad example..hehe)

rudolph the red nosed reindeer I got for my first Christmas with Mom

Favorite Food:
I love my healty dog food ...but I also like thes great doggie bisquits that are baked at a neighborhood bakery...and I love pizza...:) and anything else mom will let me have...Food is a good thing...

Favorite Walk:
I love to go anywhere my Mom is....I love my dog park...it is called Central Bark..hehe...cute huh?

Best Tricks:
picking out the toy that mom says to get....fetching balls and sticks at the doggie park.

Arrival Story:
I came to live with Mom after her Sheltie, Kandi went over Rainbow Bridge. Mom was sooo lonely. She would cry when she came back to the house because Kandi wasn't there to greet her....She is a real dog person and needs our company a lot...It had been three weeks since Kandi left....Finally Mom decided it was time for a new dog friend...Many people have to wait longer..but Mom needed me...Even though she still missed Kandi I was a big help to her and I took good care of her....I was in a Shelter in Ohio! the shelter was being closed due to lack of funds and they were going to put us all down!!! Mom called a person who was working with a group to save us...and she was able to get me and the rest is history....We have taken good care of each other since...I am happy here and Mom is a big mush....She Loves me "almost" as much as I love her...:) We make each others hearts glad...Sometimes I get sad cause I miss my big back yard that was at my house befor Mom and I moved to a condo...Now I can't run the way I did befor cause the park is smaller than my yard was....and I have to be on leash on the grounds of the condo.....But Mom does her best to play with me and keep me active and busy....I have gained a little weight since I can't run as much anymore...so Mom has cut back on my pizza and other people snacks....I hope I loose weight quickly so I can get those pizza crusts again....YUM!

Bio:
I was also pregnant when Mom picked me up and when the vet saw me he said it wouldn't be a good idea for me to have the puppies....He said there were to many unknowns involved and although I was healthy enough he didn't want to take any chances....Mom has said she was sorry and that she would have liked to have kept one of my puppies...but she wanted me to be safe....I would have had three puppies....One of the unknowns was how many times I had had pups...scary huh???People take on a lot when they adopt pets...I'm really glad my mom adopted me.;

Been awhile

OK...I haven't been here for a bit....Don't know why....It hasn't been too busy around here...Same old things....But enough so that we don't get bored...I am really liking the little run my mom made me out back of the condo...Then on days when it is hard for her to walk I can still get a little excersize...That is quite the scene...Mom comes out with me and we play catch...and tug and games that are not too hard for her...It's so great...But then on the good days we walk and go to the doggie park...It works out...Like I have said befor...Moms...gotta love 'em

We did add a picture like Mom promised..It didn't come out very well but you can tell I have changed from that pound photo...I was about a year in that one....maybe a little more....but all the places that were still pink on my face are covered over in my beautiful brown coat and my nose has gotten pretty dark too...darker this summer...I guess doggies get tan noses too in summer...but I don't think it will change back...Mom says she is curious to see if it will get lighter in the winter...She is such a crack up....The mess you see behind me there is after I had turned over a box of stuff mom was throwing away....I thought it was great fun to take it apart and shake each thing...She..not so much.

Mom has been trying to add some new pictures to my page....But she is not having very good luck .....We don't know why....the pics are in the correct format not too big....but they don't come up...I guess Mom will just have to study it out....But there are a couple of cute ones she wants to put up...That's what she said..."cute" She keeps saying that...Gotta love her.....heh heh.....Oh, The other day I got loose from my run and Mom had to come get me...I had a great time while it lasted ....I chased the birds and watered the grass...I ran away from some lady that tried to catch me...but I guess she was only trying to help Mom.
I did go when mom called me....and she was really happy to get me back on leash....I just got very excited and didn't realize how far I had gone....Mom said if I want to see SIX I better not do that again....But then she laughed...She's pretty funny my mom :)

My birthday is this month..Mom's not sure which day...but Dogster has chosen the fifteenth.......I had a great day....Lots and lots of hugs and kisses....really good treats...Mom gave me a little piece of her steak and
I had doggie ice cream....That stuff is really good...but not as good as people ice cream...I really did enjoy it though and I know Mom is taking
good care of me....

I have a couple of new stars on my page...so thanks to you who have put them up.....I really love presents :)
