We spent most of the week at my auntie's house with those terrible puggie dogs that she has. They are so-o-o-o rowdy and just impossible to be around. I had to snap at Amazing Gracie several times just to keep her in line!
Late yesterday afternoon we went home because severe storms were forecast and mommy didn't want to have to drive in it. I almost jumped out of the truck window when I saw our house come into view but I still had to go see the really bad puggle puppy that lives next door as soon as mommy would stop the car and let me out. I had to let him know that I was home to rule the neighborhood again!
The storm came in later with a vengeance. I shivered and shivered and had to sit close to my mommy to protect me. I am brave 'bout lots of things but not about thunder and lightening. I cuddled with mommy all night long, but mostly to make sure she didn't get scared in the middle of the night. All is well now and mommy has to drink her coffee and then we will go outside to assess the damage to mommy's flower gardens and trees. Mommy also likes to make sure the birds and squirrels are okay.

We get to go to auntie's house today to see Amazing Gracie, Jody and Gigi. Auntie will love me and hold me so those terrible rowdy pugs of her's don't jump on me and scratch me. If they try, I will "gr-r-r-r-r-r-r" at them a lot. Maybe I will even snap at them with my little bitty teeth showing. It won't be so bad, though, 'cause I get to ride in the truck with my mommy for the long trip and she will stop at McDonald's or Sonic and get me a hamburger or chicken on the way. I love taking long rides with my mommy and we really do have fun when we see auntie and uncle.

I think it is time to go back to visit Auntie and her puppies. I don't have anyone to play with here at home except that hyper pup that lives next door. His name is Duke and he is a puggle. I liked going to visit next door better when they didn't have any puppies cause then I had all of their attention.
