Arrival Story:
My fiance and I had been wanting a dog for a long time and were in apts. that wouldn't allow it. When we moved, within less than a month, my fiance's boss went out of town and told him he was just going to leave Spot to "fend for himself". We thought it was horrible! So, that day after work, my fiance offered for us to watch him while they were away. Over the 2 weeks (yes! They were going to leave him for 2 WEEKS!) we both fell in love with him. When the day came that they were going to be home, my fiance said "We'll leave him here with you and I will talk to my boss. If they want him back, then we have no choice, but I will see what I can do" So I cried all day worried that we would have to send him back to those dreadful people, and then when he got home, he told me they said we could keep him! I was so exstatic! That is how we got our wonderful Spotters!

We recently lost our precious Spotters to bladder stones. It was so unexpected and sudden and a peice of our hearts left when he died. We will always have a special place in our hearts for him and we will NEVER be the same without him! RIP Baby Boy! We love you more than you will ever know and our hearts are breaking each second we are apart from you! We WILL see you again in Heaven! XOXO

A Cool Thing About Spot::
Spot is completely deaf so we taught him some sign language to help us communicate better with him. He knows "Sit", "Stay", "Shake", "Lay", "Come Here", "Kisses" and "Hugs" to name a few. He is very intelligent and it only too us a few weeks to teach him all of these and more!
