another story about Sheeba

One night, my friend and I jump on trampoline. Sheeba always sit and watch me. My mama flashed the light (it means it time for us go inside since it was dark)... I stayed there little bit more. I saw Sheeba turned other way and watch to the fence. Then she started to barking like crazy and Pepper heard it. He ran out of the house. Sheeba ran to the fence and barking. she even tried to climb the fence. I didnt know why they got upset about it so my friend and I walked toward to the fence. I realized that it was a man standing there and watched us. of course, my mama heard my dogs bark so she went outside to see whats going on. She saw me and told me to GET IN HOUSE NOW! I told mama that man is here! She called police about man but the police didnt find him. I was happy that my dogs made man scared and ran away cuz when my dogs ran toward to the fence and when they got there to the fence and tried to climb the fence. I think that when man realized that my dogs were ready to jump off the fence and bite him.

Sheeba saved my life

I'm gonna type for Sheeba. She was my best friend since I got her when I was 9 years old.

For some reason she knew that I'm deaf. She would run and bark front of me very loud.

Anyway, one day I played with Sheeba and Pepper (her son) outside, I think I was about 11 or 12 years old... I knew that bad storm was coming from other town since my mama warned me about it... It started to raining little bit and I was stubborn and played with them. My mama waved at me to get my attention but I wasn't pay attention to her. The wind started to get more STRONG. I thought it was no big deal..

All of sudden I fell on the ground from Sheeba pushed me and I looked back then I saw the big tree branch fell off tree. My mama ran to see if I was okay. Sheeba came to me and licked me. Mama said Sheeba pushed you off before the branch fell off the tree. I was surprised! Of course, I hug her back.

I'm always thankful to have Sheeba for 13 and half years! I will always miss her!

Sheeba passed away

Feburary 14, 1993 to December 13, 2006


On December 11, Mama noticed that Sheeba couldn't walk anymore and Pepper was licking on her face and mama paged me to come here quickly. I knew something was wrong with Sheeba since she told me little bit abt her on pager.When I got there, I walked to see Sheeba right away and I cried when I saw her tried to get up... I hugged and kissed her.

Mama said we need to take her to vet now. We took her to vet and Vet checked on her. Then I cried so hard and made Sheeba scared.. I didnt mean to make her scared cuz I just cant control my emotional. Sheeba was my first dog... Everybody tried make me calm down and finally I got calm down.... Vet told us that Sheeba had stroke and she wanted to give a shot for her.

The shot was steriod something else that help her muscle or something like that to walk again. But it was only 50% of chance that she can walk and another 50% of chance that she wont be able to walk... It got to wait for 24 hours...

On December 13, Vet called mama and Sheeba wasn't doing good at all and the steroid wasn't working for her. I cried sooo hard cuz there was nothing that we can do... We got to put her to sleep.

At 11:30am Bill and I went to see Sheeba. I tried to control my emotions.. We spend time with her for a while... Vet came in and asked us if we were ready... We told her yes... So, Sheeba passed away...

In few mins later, I had funny feeling and felt like something that wanted to tell me to look up the sky... So I looked up the sky and saw rainbows... Its so HUGE and BEAUTIFUL rainbows.. I cried... I knew that it was from Sheeba and she was probably wanted to tell me that she is very happy where she is at now. I told mama to look up.. She cried when she saw it and she felt same thing about Sheeba...

Next few days later, we got card from vet. It was so weird cuz the card had rainbows with animals on it and poem about dog with rainbows... It just gave me goosebumps...

I know that she is much happy now since she loves to running, barking, chasing, etc... I know she is watching over us and now she got Pepper with her...
