I have come along very well in my new home!! My name Chewbacca is cuz I whine and sound just like Chewbacca from Star Wars. It doesn't matter what you do to me. If I don't want if done I whine. Yeah!!! However, that's all I do. I never bite or anything else. I love my home and my brothers and sister. Happy day to all

Hi, it's been a while

Fred has his first trip to the groomer and he did really well. He was scared to death though the poor thing. Christmas was fun for him. He is a little shy with new people though. It takes him a while to warm up to even family. He adores the snow. He is hilarious to watch. He runs after Trixie and will roll around in it. Today on New Years Day we got about 8" of snow and he is having a ball. He is the sweetest little puppy but I have a feeling that when he realizes how big he is and will be he is going to beat the crap out of his brothers and sister. He listens well for a puppy. He plays fetch with daddy and loves it. He even has the other dogs fetching now, which they didn't before. He doesn't seem to like car rides too much. I think that when he leaves the security of his home he feels he will be left behind, the poor thing.

I am so glad I let my husband talk me into adopting him from the pound. Four dogs are a handful but they are all so worth it.

Ha-ha The Christmas Stuff

Mom put up all these neet lights and stuff for me to play with. These little round things she calls ornaments are really cool little balls for me to play with. They sure do break easy though. Mom keeps taking them away though. Then she says something about she is glad she put the glass ones at the top. Humans - who can ever figure them out. I can't understand why my brothers and sister don't like to play with them. Oh well, more for me. Anyways, today is Thanksgiving they tell me and my sister said that's the day we are thankful for all the extra treats we get. That sounds good to me.

I'm a Nosebitter

I like noses. I have bitten mommy's nose three times. I think it's great fun, but I don't think she likes it too much. She tells my daddy it makes her bleed. Anyways, she sure is good about it if it does hurt her. All she says is this "no" thing (whatever that means). Digging is still my favorite though.

My First Bath

I got my first bath last week. I was a pretty good boy if I do say so myself. I didn't like though I'll tell you. I couldn't let my sister and brothers see me down though. At least I was getting all of mom's attention. Then both mom and dad dried me off real good so I had both of them all to myself.

I'm a digger

There are holes all over my yard. I am tryin to find China. Dad has to put bricks all over the yard. I also like to bring in sticks and chew them up when no one is looking. Mom checked out my page today and all of a sudden I had 146 bones, which is really awesome but I don't know who gave them to me or if it was an accident. Anyways, wow, I love them. My new family is awesome and I am having a great time.

First Vet Visit

Mom took me to the vet yesterday to have my sutures from my neuter removed. I cried like a baby. The shelter told mom I would be about 25lbs. fully grown and the vet thought that was funny. I am already 14lbs. at 13 weeks. He said I will be about 40lbs. Oh well, they are stuck with my now. The vet said I was healthy though.
