Arrival Story:
I found Zippy at a breeder and fell in love with him. I picked up all the puppies and held them but when I held Zippy his tail didn't stop wagging. His tail got him a home.

Bio:
Zippy has had at least nine lives like a cat. He has had epilepsy since he was 2 years old. He has had it so bad we have had to consider putting him down more than once. He has fallen off steps twice. Once off a second story balcony, he slipped through the rails. He has also had liver problems. The vet once told me he would probably only live to be four or five. He will celebrate his 14th birthday in November. He is my miracle dog!!

My beloved dog Zippy had to be put down. He overcame a fall off a second story balcony, many bad siezures and attacks by other dogs but he couldn't overcome cancer. My sweet dog passed away on February 25, 2005. He is missed more than words can say...
