Birthday: July 3rd 2003 Likes: Lots of Love and ALL the attention he can get!!! Pet-Peeves: He could care less, just wants to hang out and be with us. Favorite Toy: Doesn't really have any, after having him for 6 months he discovered toys and playing wiht his pal Carrot! Carrot loves toys - Hmmm - maybe Carrot is his favorite toy? The 2 of them will run around with a toy or play for few. Favorite Food: ANYTHING! Loves to eat! But loves 'doggie cookies'! Favorite Walk: ANYWHERE! Loves his walks!! Best Tricks: Even he thinks he might be getting a treat he's there ready to shake! Arrival Story: We had been looking for a companion for Carrot for months when we came across Chaz. He was on Petfinder.com, along with a few other dogs that he was rescued with and brought over to Phoenix. He and the others were 'puppy mill dogs' - Chaz' first owner didn't think she could make anymore money off of him and took him in to be 'put down' - FORTUNATELY a kind hearted Vet said that he could find a home for him and the owner signed him over. The Vet notified local authorities and numerous dogs were seized (Saved!) that day! Chaz was in the care of a foster family before meeting up with us and the moment we met him we knew that he was the one for us, an absolute sweetheart he is! He is definitely a part of our family! Bio: Due to Chaz' previous upbringing he had no idea what to do with toys! Just wanted to lay around and be loved. After months with Carrot (who LOVES her toys!), Chaz has finally come out of his shell and plays with her. Now they play tug of war and he'll even take the toy from her! It's so great to see him playing and .... being a dog!!
