Arrival Story:
It was practically fate! After researching and speaking about Bullmastiffs to my family for about a year... I sat down for an Easter conversation with a new family friend - who ended up being a Bullmastiff breeder. Graduation was fast approaching and what better time to get a puppy then spring time with no more school! I dropped a few large hints to my mother (who completely understands my obsession with animals in general) who surprised me for my 21st birthday with a little bundle of brindle Bullmastiff joy as a birthday/graduation present!
Bio:
Jaxson is one of 8 babies whelped from Stonehill's Kodi Mae with a little help from Knatchbull's Onan. He was a little round mischevious ball of beautiful from the instant I saw him. I was expecting a lot of hard puppy labour... but Jaxson was just an absolute joy - I really was lucky. He is such a smart and affectionate little man! Jaxson continues to grow - he is now 110lbs at 1year! Times are a little tougher as he goes through his adolescent days... but I remember that period in life and I know that if human teens aren't a cakewalk, than a 90lbs strongwilled and smart bully isn't going to be either! Still, Jaxson is THE star (sometimes Diva) of the block and wins practically everyone's hearts wherever we go. I am truly blessed to have my Jaxson in my life - the best gift in the world!

I was tagged by Zeus XLVI!
Here are the rules: When you are tagged, you post 7 random facts about yourself, compose a "new diary entry" along with the rules and put them in your own diary, so others can follow them. Then you pick 7 furs (kitties or doggies) to tag but make sure you tell them. A simple p-mail will do fine, or a rosette if you're a super over-achiever, but you must let them know that they have been tagged. Post their names also in your diary!
Here are my 7 fun facts:
1.) I have a brother and a sister of the feline variety... Tyrone is my main man, he's pretty cool. On the other hand, Cedar, the 7lbs of solid satan is quite the little bitch. When she's around, I make sure to bark real loud to show her how big and strong I am... until she advances 3inches and I cower and run into Mom & Dad's room for safety.
2.) I have separation anxiety... When Mom and Dad leave (or go upstairs), I cry and cry and cry. And then I have an accident in the house.
3.) Mom and Dad make fun of me a lot for being a "big girl about everything"... little do they know, I like the name Princess more than Jaxson, anyway.
4.) I don't get excited over anything... unless it involves food being transfered into my mouth.
5.) I fart to watch Dad's silly faces. He says I expell 'fart spray'... and I do it all day long!
6.) There have been times when I'm asleep on MY couch, where Dad has tried to wake me up (for obviously not an important reason) and I get my two front paws off the couch and leave my butt comfortably rested where it was... and fall back asleep.
7.) When Mom and Dad are being loud and (what I think is) fighting without there clothes on, I enjoy sneaking up on Dad .. and licking 'inapropriate' places, or the odd 'mount' ... They usually stop and play with me!! I win again!
