The Saturday before we were to close on our house - we knew that we wanted a dog, anyways we went to the nearest animal shelter to look at the dogs that they had available. There we had found Simone- a white German Shepherd. We did not get her that day but waited until the actual day that we moved into the house - which was a week later.
