Arrival Story:
I have always wanted a Shiba, but have never lived anywhere that would allow dogs... Then my husband (fiance at the time) and I bought a house with a yard... We started looking, and fell in love with this beautiful face!

Bio:
Bella hails from Missouri. We contacted the breeder, and had her shipped from Missouri to Virginia... Along the way, Bella had some traveling experience as she was placed on the wrong plane... not once, but twice! She spend the night in Salt Lake City, and the afternoon the next day in Atlanta. I expected her to be traumatized by the experience, but... She was not fazed! When we picked her up at the airport, I put my fingers through her carrier, and she just licked away! Needless to say, that has been pretty much the summary of her life with us... She just takes it all in stride with that famous Shiba smile! NEWS NEWS!!! Bella is getting ready to become a big sister! Our newest family member will be a red Shiba named Nola. She will be ready to come home soon! Bella is SUPER excited and is ready to be an excellent role model! At least we hope!
