My Lovely Doggie Life by Sadie Mae

Well today was a good day, and a bad day. Today I got to go be with God. It is so beautiful here in heaven. I get to run as far as I want, and eat all the goldfish I want (although not as much fun w/o Mommy). I miss Mommy and Daddy so much, and little Belle too. But I know it won't be long before they are with me here. Until then God says I get to be their Angel. Mommy always said I was an angel. She didn't make it home in time before I had to leave. But she did lay with me afterward. She didn't know it, but I was sitting right next to her. I hate when Mommy cries. Daddy cried too. And Belle just layed with me. I'm now in a nice wooden box above the fire place. Well not me really, but what used to be me. Mommy put the little figurine she painted like me on the box, and then put my butterfly Lupine collar around the box. I like it there. I can see the whole house and that is where I like to be...."guarding." Heaven is really fun. No more cancer, no more medicine. Just me, the way I like to be. It's always sunny and the grass is always cool but never wet. I spend most of my day playing and hanging with all my Grandpas and Grandmas. We watch over the family. I can see Mommy and Daddy and Belle whenever I want. I can even see little Dixie. I have to get back to Angeling. All my love,
