Late(ral) Epic(ondylitis)

Mom went to the doctor today because her elbows have been hurting since this winter when she hauled ginormous chunks of ice off our back drive with a heavy coal shovel, tossing them several feet into the air so that they could land on top of the ginormous piles of ice from the snowfall the day before that and the day before that and the day before that, etc. The doctor said that Mom had Late, later, lateral epicondolist, epicrondia, epic-something. Tennis elbow. Or, as in Mom's case, tennis elbows. She doesn't even play tennis! Go figure.

Mom also said I have to be nice when she walks me on my leash and not pull so hard because it hurts her. Gee, I don't wanna hurt my Mom. I will have to try and remember this and not pull. I hope I can do the not pulling thing. I am so much better at the pulling thing than the not pulling thing, but I will do my best.
