gunnar's absolute favorite thing to do is go hunting with dad. he's a top-quality bird dog, even all of dad's hunting buddies say so! he also enjoys turning himself inside out over friends and visitors coming over.

Pet-Peeves:
not having all of your attention, having someone on his side of the bed

Favorite Toy:
gunnar loves carrying around his stuffed animals, they all have names! his "babies" names are stinky bear, smelly bear, skunky munky, and clifford

Favorite Food:
gunnar eats all his nutri-max dog food, but if you ask him, he'll say he prefers steak, and sometimes rib bones!!

Favorite Walk:
gunnar loves walking around the circle with me (the daughter of the family). he walks like a showdog for me! he nearly pulls everyone else's arm off though!

Best Tricks:
gunnar can hold a treat on his nose and throw it up and catch it! he can also "dance" with you by putting his front paws on your shoulders. he also bounces balls back at you and catches tennis balls.

Arrival Story:
one of my mom's friend's dog had a litter of puppies. my mom's friend kept trying to convince our family we needed one of the puppies! so, one weekend when the family went out of town, gunnar came and stayed with us. my mom absolutely fell in love with him, as did the rest of the family. now gunnar loves hunting pheasant with dad, and snuggling with mom.

Bio:
gunnar is just the sweetest dog that ever walked the planet!! (although i am sure some other dog owners would beg to differ!) he has a few hunting buddies that he plays with, bairn, sparky, and sonny. gunnar also loves playing with the family friend's new puppy, moose. gunnar is about 5 and a half now, so he is just the right age, still playful, but not a mischivious puppy. we all love him to pieces, and never want him to leave us.
