Hi everypup and kitty...I've been tagged by Trudy, Snoopy, Celeste and Harry!!! These are some of the bestest pups in the whole world and I'm very lucky to have them as friends! I have to choose 10 pups to be tagged next. This is hard with so many wonderful choices! But here goes!

Trudy -just a great pup. She's so organized, considerate, funny and sensitive. You can talk to Trudy about anything and she'll always give you good advice.

Snoopy - Is a great pal, we like to put our noses out the window when going in the blimp! We also had a get rich quick scheme that went awry when an unnamed cat left us stranded in the ocean.

Celeste - lives in Southern California just like me. She is soo sweet to me. She and I compare weather and smoke (in times of fire). I'm glad she's my pal :)

Harry - I really like Harry. He has such a way with all animals. He's always upbeat and considerate. What a great pal.

Rules are this:

I have to pick and list 10 fellow members and say a nice thing about them and about the pup who tagged me. I then send p-mail or rosettes to the 10 pups I picked.

Scooter - I am so lucky to have Scooter as my friend. She and I like to laugh and make jokes together during feetball. We have lots in common and lots to talk about.

Sophia - is truly amazing. She takes me on adventures every week day. She makes sure I don't get left behind. She makes me costumes and surfboards. She really cares about me and I love her for that :)

Toby - he's a big Red Sox fan and it is really fun to talk with him and cheer along with him when the Red Sox were playing.

KJ - a super friendly pup who likes to make up cheers with me during feetball. Stand up, sit down, bite bite bite. Don't forget about the "dead clown"!

Peanut B. - Peanut is my late night pal. We chat alot on the RXN once all the east coast Beagley's go to bed. Peanut is alot of fun to talk to. He gets to go on sailing boats and to tailgating pawties for football games!

Rumble - Rumble is just the cutest little pup. He always calls me Mr. Buddy, which is so cute. He's a sub for the feetball teams and he's really a good player!

Gibbon - Gibbon is a great pup. He's got an awesome sense of humor and I love the jokes we share back and forth. We are also in a fantasy football league and he's in second place desparately trying to catch up to me!

Blackie - is really a sweet guy. He really is so easy going and does let anything bother him. At the same time, he's the life of any pawty!

Oreo - Oreo is Snoopy's sister and she is the neatest pup. She's always looking after my little sister Oreo. We like to call them "Oreo double stuff"!!!

Jill - Jill is always so nice and always genuinely happy to see me! I always get a big smile on my face when Jill is around :)

My Day at the Dog Park

I had never been to a dog park until this past Saturday. I belong to the DogPark USA group and they were having a meetup at a Dog Park in Thousand Oaks. Daddy said even though it was a two hour drive from where we live, it would be fun to go for a ride and meet all the nice pups and people that I had been meeting here on Dogster. So, off we went!

First off, this was a very beautiful and big dog park! We walked into the small dog side and I acted as though I had been at a dog park every day of my life. I didn't act weird around the other dogs, I just started smelling a playing!

I love to run. I got to chase tennis balls, frisbees and get lots of pets from other people. But, by far my favorite thing to do in the whole world is to be chased by other dogs. I ran and other dogs chased me!!! It was great. At one point in time, I had 6 dogs chasing me. I run fast and I'm very low to the ground, so I corner and manuever very quickly! None of them could catch me and if they got close, I would make a 90 degree turn and half of them would have their legs slide out from under them or run into another dog chasing me!!!

I had a blast! By the time it was over, I was exhausted but I had soo much fun that mom and dad are going to search for a dog park a little closer to home so we can go there frequently. I have to thank the pups at DogPark USA for introducing me to the Dog Park and for such a wonderful day.

Buddy

2 years old!!!

Monday was my 2nd birthday!! It's so hard to believe I'm already 2. I got a really cool surprise for my birthday. My pals over in Dog Park USA made me a super duper fantastic birthday photo for me - it's me in front of a cake. Then I got some toys from mommy and daddy and a really awesome birthday cake made special by a dog bakery. It was a great day!

Uh Oh!

Well, today I did it. I like to crawl into my little (and I do mean little) sisters crate - well, it's not actually a crate, it is a carrier that is used as a crate. Well this evening when Mom and Dad went out, I crawled into the "baby crate" and somehow I put my head through the handles! So, I couldn't get out. I have no idea how long I was like that, but finally Mom came home and noticed I wasn't getting out the "baby crate" and FINALLY she realized that I was stuck. With a tremendous amount of patience she finally got me to move my head backward through the loop and I was FREE! Funny thing was, I wasn't scared when I was stuck. I didn't cry or anything which is probably why it took her so long to figure out I couldn't get out.

Now, my little sister is really mad at me because they are not going to keep the "baby crate" any longer. Maybe they will get her a "real" crate?

Green Dog

Yesterday my human cut the grass and I decided it would be fun to run around in the grass as fast as I could. By the time I was done, both Oreo and I had absolutely green paws. I wish my human would have taken a picture because we were funny looking. I now know what to do next St. Patrick's Day!

Things I Like, Things I Can't Stand

As I've grown older, my tastes have changes a little bit. I've complied a list of things I really like and things I really can't stand.

Things I like:
Chicken Jerky
Ear Scratches
Laying in the Sun
Running around the yard with Oreo chasing me
Going on walks
Going on Car rides
Digging up plants
Baths

Things I Can't Stand:
Chemical smells -cleaners, perfume, ear medication (if I smell it, I roll around like I've been attacked by a skunk)
Oreo nipping at my ears
Cats in my yard

Digging Day

I really love to dig out in the backyard. Mainly I enjoy burying bones and then digging them back up. Monday my humans planted some new plants and yesterday I decided to go out and dig one up. It was only one and hey it was in my hole - the one I bury most of my bones in!
