1. I love to sleep with my momma.
2. I LOVE a good, growling game of tug-o-war.
3. I love to hunt squirrels, even though I have yet to catch one.
4. I can climb some trees.
5. I love jumping high as the sky!
6. I bark until all the dogs are out of the dog-loo I wanna be in.
7. I'm a genius! It takes only a few minutes to learn a new trick...if I'm willing to learn at the moment.

I got to take a car ride today!

So, I was minding my own businees chewing on a stick under the tree when I saw my mom by the moving thing and she had the most wonderful thing in her hand...MY LEASH!

WALK?! CAR RIDE?! WHICH IS IT!? I CAN'T WAIT TO FIND OUT!

I immediately run up to her and started jumping up and down letting her know I couldn't wait. She let me in the house and put that thing she calls the gentle leader on me. I hate it, but whatever it takes to get whatever we need the leash for I'll put up with...for a little while.

So, my brother and sister, Hunter and Bella, came, too. I could've done without them, but that is ok. We got in the moving thing...I think its called a car...and we took a car ride. My mom and dad didn't roll the window down, but thats ok. I still had so much fun!

Then we got to a place where there were SO MANY SMELLS! We walked in and I lied down on the floor and was put out we weren't walking around smelling things so I started whimpering to let mom know.

Well, we stayed there for a little while and then we went back outside. I claimed two trees, sniffed all through the grass, and even pretended I was a jungle dog in some bushes. Thats always fun. Then we went back inside. I didn't mind because its so hot so I lied down in the middle of the cool floor and stretched out. No one was there so I didn't have to be bothered.

Then I found out what was going on. That lady who clips my toenails was staring at me and my brother and sister!!! Crap...I gotta get out of here is what I was thinking.

But mom grabbed me by the collar and drug me to her. Turns out that she just wanted to pinch my neck. It didn't really hurt but my mom kept petting me and telling me I was being a good boy for my shots, which I guess where the pinches.

But then I got to have another car ride! All in all it was a pretty fun day!

Thunder

So, that weird noise from the sky happened again today. I get really uncomfortable when I know its coming. I can always tell.

I used to hide in the bathtub or in the kitchen, but since I've been staying outside so much lately I have to find a place to hide in my dog house. I get so scared.

Luckily today, my mom opened the back door and I got in. I ran straight for her room, laid down on the floor, and refused to move. She brought me some water which I was happy for because I was hot and thirsty. I hadn't been able to get out of the dog house to get a drink because I was too scared.

I was still scared inside, but I felt much safer. I hope that thunder stuff will go away forever this time.

My Ear

Well, my mom noticed today that my ear had my blood all over it. She has no idea how I hurt it and I'm not telling her. I got to come in the house though! It was nice til she pulled out some stuff and was messing with my ear!

Even though it hurt at the time, she made it feel better lately. I've actually forgotten about it most of the time. It doesn't sting anymore. I'll try to lick her later and let her know.

The Beagle insists that I want to play with him. I'm simply trying to show passersby how evil I am by squeaking this ball pretending its them...but the Bealge things we're playing chase. I'd put him in his place...but I'm too busy for that. Skunks are starting to smell like they're around...I need to catch another one of those but this time not let my mom take it from me. That made me MAD!

Anyway...there is a squirrel staring daringly at me. I'll have to talk later.

I was bored today...

Once again the Beagle was still in the backyard. I bark and I bark and I bark and nothing happens about that... He thinks he's the mayor or something. Someday...he'll figure out who the president of the backyard is...ME
