MCT

My parents found out that I have a MCT. Don't worry though, it was removed and the doctor told my parents that it was a grade one and they felt they had large enough margins so that it won't come back. I'm so glad that the doctor gave my parents good news because my mommy was so sad and afraid that I would die, just like Gretchen did.

visit

I just went to the U of MN to visit Gretchen in ICU. Mom and Dad brought me. They just kept saying that it was for my own good and that I should see Gretchen before she passes. I don't know what they mean but it must not be good. When I saw Gretchen she looked lifeless. She had this mask on that was giving her air because she can not breathe well on her own. She also had all of these tubes coming out of her. Mom and Dad said that that is what was feeding her. I sure hope this is not the last time I see her like the doctor was telling Mom and Dad.

going for a ride

i love going for rides, even to the vet. that's where i went on wednesday. i got all of my shots, even one up the nose. while i was at the vet, the doctor told my mommy the news about gretchen having malignant carcinoma and that gretchen should go see the people at the u of mn. gretchen and i are so close, i really hope everything is okay with her.

going for a walk

my mom and dad took me for a walk this morning. we went to the gas station to get a newspaper. they are making me practice my nice walking for the cgc test. i kept pulling on the leash all the way there. on the way back though i was pooped out so i wasn't pulling on the leash at all. when we got home, i drank a lot of water and then went to sleep on the kitchen floor where it was nice and cool.

stitches

yesterday i had to get stiches in my right ear because i don't like sharing my food. jackson bit my right ear and i was bleeding like crazy, mom was freakin out and dad was calm as always. mom and dad tried to stop the bleeding but i had a blood vessel sticking out of my ear and everytime i shook my head it started bleeding again. so off to the doctor i went. they made me sleepy and when i woke up my ear had stitches in it but i was all better.

new floor

my mom and dad are having a new floor installed and it is so slippery. no more running in the house, i guess. when i tried running on it i almost fell over. whatever it is i don't like it. there are strange men here too. my mom says i'm being the best dog while they are here.

i ran away

today it was very very windy out. the back gate blew open, even though it was locked and i ran away. my mommy freaked out. she was yelling my name and yelling my name. then she got in her car and drove around the neighborhood where she found me locked in a neighbors yard. she lifted up the fence so i could crawl under it. i don't even know how i got in that place. my mommy was so mad that i ran away. she picked me up and put me in her car and we drove home. daddy was there and he was mad at me too. he was glad i was home though. i had to promise mommy that i would never run away if the gate ever opened again while i was in the backyard.

sept 29

Tonite was week nine at school, and I passed. That means I get to go on to level three in school but mom says that I should stay in level two for another nine week session. My mom always knows what is best for me so I'm in level two again. One day I am going to have a CH in front of my proper name, ah you thought I'd tell you, but that's a secret. I am sleepy, training is hard work. Off to my kennel for some zzzzzzz.
