Good morning Merlin my sweet and wonderful big boy.

Today looks very much like the past few days very overcast with some blue sky, no wind and thankfully no rain, so it should be a good day for you to run and play.

Yesterday we were going to do so much work, like planting and so on, but the day got away from us. Your mum went shopping with Melissa and Mia, when those three get together there is no knowing when they are coming home. I put melon seeds into pots so they can hopefully germinate and not much else, oh yes your mum mike and I repaired the fence screen to stop the dogs attacking each other, then later had massive home made beef burgers cooked on the braai (BBQ), watched TV and then went to bed. This morning I intend to charge the battery on the tractor using one of the generators which will give it a boost charge. I really need to change the alternator as the one on there is not working. As I've said before, I've got so many projects planned for next year my head is spinning.

Molly at times drives me bonkers, she either follows me (which I don't mind) or she walks in front of me and keeps stopping and looking back to make sure that I am following (which I do mind) and I nearly fall over her. I've just looked outside and the clouds above here look very angry, I think we could be in for some rain, which is a pain as I wont be able to drag the generator outside to charge the tractor battery.

I suppose its time that you went and played with your buddies.

I love you Merlin, please never forget that my boy.

Your ever loving Daddy.
