Arrival Story:
Harley came to our family as a little puppy. Our youngest son went with his mother to look at dogs, when he was home from college one weekend. Harley seemed to imprint on our son and, of course, he picked Harley out as his pet. Our son just could not believe that Harley's complete name was Harley's Wild Cycle Riding Man.

Bio:
Harley is a beautiful, red, standard dachshund. He is a very strong, muscular dog. At nine years old, he still loves to chase a ball in the backyard. He, to this day, looks at the one that picked him out of the litter with a special, sparkle in his eyes. You can just tell something is there......a bond I suppose. August 21, 2005, was a very sad day for our family. Our beloved Harley went to wait for us at the Rainbow Bridge. We will see him again someday. I bet he is chasing a ball and having all sorts of fun. It took me a while to add this information to his bio. It was a difficult loss. Unfortunately, as tough as he was, making it through a number of surgeries, he developed a heart condition, sadly his kidneys began to fail. We would have done anything if he could have been helped. The cycle of life came and went. God Bless our Dog Harley. See you later, and thanks for the wonderful relationship that you and your family had for 10 years.
